Grants and Evaluation Coordinator Application

Seeking a Grants and Evaluation Coordinator to provide an important connection between FamilyWorks’ mission and our funding partners. This position is responsible for accurately representing our community’s needs and how our programs respond to those needs. The Grants and Evaluation Coordinator will prospect and research grant opportunities, prepare and submit funding proposals, progress reports, and coordinate other correspondence to private and public sector sources. The Grants and Evaluation Coordinator will also provide guidance and support to program managers on capturing program data, helping them to monitor program effectiveness, and will disseminate information on emerging needs and results to funders. The Grants and Evaluation Coordinator will report to the Executive Director, and will work closely with program managers, resource development staff, and the financial management team.
