Community Connector Job Application

The Community Connector connects FamilyWorks and North Helpline’s participants to services that will help stabilize their lives. They will perform a needs assessment, and refer, apply, and enroll individuals in various benefits, programs, and resources. This will be a shared position with FamilyWorks (Tuesday through Friday) and North Helpline (Saturday). The Connector will learn and enhance skills that promote anti-racism and cultural competency. Looking for an enthusiastic professional who is organized and capable of building strong and positive relationships within the agency and in the community. This position is grant-funded through the City of Seattle Human Services Department.
