Annual Gift Manager – Job Application

The Annual Gift Manager will be responsible for campaign management and cultivating relationships with existing gift donors and identifying new prospects. Will manage annual giving, including direct mail, online and social media campaigns. Responsible for collaborating with accounting and completing processes and projects related to entering and the coding of gifts. The Annual Gift Manager will be guided by the Principles of Family Support and promote these principles among staff, volunteers, and program participants. They will work cooperatively with the staff of the Family Resource Center and Food Bank. Demonstrate the initiative to learn and enhance skills that promote anti-racism, cultural competency and an understanding of oppression and its impact. Participate in intentional learning efforts, including events relating to understanding and dismantling institutional racism and building cultural competency.
